- Conductor:
This Cable using Solid Annealed Plain Copper Wire, with 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, or 1.0 mm - Insulation :
The Cable is using an extruded layer of solid PE, foam-skin PE, or PVC as the cover for conductor. The specification will dictate the color coding. The insulation twist into quads and strand into units of 10 pairs, 50 pairs, or 100 pairs. The assembly of basic units into a concentric and compact cable core will align with the required pair capacities. - Unit Binder Tape :
The pairs basic units and the cable cores using polypropilene or similar plastic tape as bounds - Cable Filling :
The cable filling using either petrojelly or polybutene jelly compound. - Core Wrapping Tape :
Core wrapping tape shall be either helically or longitudinally polyester or similar plastic tape. - Electric Shielding :
The electric shielding uses aluminum tape polyethylene laminated on either single side or both sides in according to the requirement. - Armoring :
The mechanical protection using helically zinc coated steel double tape or corrugated steel tape. - Sheath :
The cables using cover with an extruded layer of black PE or coloring PVC. - Messengger :
The messenger are either single or seven stranded zinc-coated steel wire. - Routine Final Inspection :
Routine Final Inspection will be done for every length of product, such as :
